Velqorunex™ and velqorunex.com are operated by Changsha Xinyueyou Network Technology Co., Ltd.. By accessing the store, submitting information, creating an account if available, or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms and policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.

Eligibility

To place an order independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live. Minors may use the store only with a parent or legal guardian as required by law.

When account functionality is available, provide accurate details and protect your login credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product images, descriptions, dimensions, weights, materials, colors, and availability. Our store specializes in pet grooming combs and brushes. Tooth spacing, bristle style, handle design, materials, and included accessories differ by model.

Minor variations in appearance, finish, size, or weight may occur because of photography, screen settings, or ordinary manufacturing tolerances. Such differences are not necessarily defects.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Payment review, inventory checks, fraud screening, delivery availability, and other reasonable verifications may be required.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, obvious price or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Amounts collected for canceled orders will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payments

Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is stated. Checkout displays applicable merchandise prices, shipping, taxes where applicable, discounts, and your final total.

By providing payment information, you confirm authorization to use your selected payment method. Available methods are displayed during checkout. See our Payment & Security page for details.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during high-volume periods. Estimated standard transit to supported U.S. addresses is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to Return & Refund Policy requirements. Contact support before sending a return; our registered company address is not automatically the return destination.

After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your pet grooming tools promptly and report issues preferably within 7 days after delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video.

For a confirmed problem attributable to us, we provide an appropriate resolution without passing on additional costs caused by the confirmed error. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact customer support promptly about requested changes or cancellations. We will reasonably attempt to assist before fulfillment begins but cannot guarantee changes after an order enters packing or shipment. Successfully canceled pre-fulfillment orders have no cancellation fee.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions may be limited by validity periods, eligible items, minimum order value, usage limits, exclusions, and stated terms. Unless explicitly allowed, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Check the final price before paying.

Product Use & Care

Use pet grooming combs and brushes according to the product description, care information, and any instructions or warnings included with the item. Choose a grooming tool suited to the pet’s coat and tolerance; use gentle pressure and avoid irritated skin, open wounds, eyes, ears, and painful mats.

Do not assume a grooming tool is suitable for all breeds, coat types, or skin conditions. Product information is not veterinary advice. Consult a qualified professional if your pet is uncomfortable or has a condition that requires specialized grooming.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

For unusually large, wholesale, or resale orders, contact us before purchase. Purchasing goods does not authorize a buyer to represent themselves as an official Velqorunex™ distributor or agent without written permission.

Intellectual Property

Our brand name, logos, website design, text, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by us. Protected content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except as law permits.

Reviews & Customer Content

If a review or upload feature is available, submitted information must be lawful, accurate, and respectful of third-party rights. By submitting material for publication, you provide a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating or promoting the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove misleading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or irrelevant submissions.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, unauthorized payment use, hacking, malware, impersonation, harassment, illegal collection of personal information, and infringement are prohibited. We may restrict access, suspend accounts, or cancel affected orders when justified and permitted by law.

Third-Party Services & Links

Shopify and other providers may support payment processing, shipping, order fulfillment, security, analytics, advertising, and customer service. External services may have their own conditions and privacy notices.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Delays or interruptions may result from weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, government measures, customs processing, public emergencies, infrastructure problems, or similar circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will reasonably communicate available information and consider appropriate solutions.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly offered or legally required. We are not liable for certain indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing here removes consumer rights, statutory product warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections based on the transaction and purchaser’s location. Contact support first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Lawful rights and remedies remain available.

Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where law permits. A delayed exercise of a right does not necessarily waive it.
